High Performance Online Zoom Class

You can still practice your tennis game alone at home, in your garage,

at a gym or even your backyard.

You don’t need a partner and you don’t need a court.

Join players from around the country online to train footwork, technique and fitness at home.

Eye Coach recommended for class.

Cost: $225 per hour

ZOOM Lesson 1:

I offer technique, footwork and physical sessions. That is my most popular lesson. A lot of kids are stuck inside and this is a power hour of footwork, fitness, and tennis technique.

ZOOM Lesson 2:

I also offer tactical sessions if you send me a match. I can analyze the game with the player and spend an hour discussing tactics and strategy in real-time with the player. A great learning experience.

ZOOM Lesson 3:

I also offer mindset classes where we discuss emotional control, mental focus and other topics and practice habits individualized to the player’s game.

ZOOM Lesson 4:

Zoom Hitting Wall Lessons. Chris will train you using his proprietary technique and footwork method and show you how to train like a pro on the hitting wall. Most people train very poorly on the hitting wall.

ZOOM Lesson 5:

Take world-class coach on your local court for training and guidance. Work on your serve technique, groundstroke practice, or any other technical part of your game. Tactical training on court also available.

ZOOM Lesson 6:

Scheduling, Annual Planning and Goal Setting. Consult with Chris and build a written annual plan in a live Zoom meeting. Both player and parent can attend the planning session. Learn how much to train, how to craft a schedule to achieve your goals, tournament planning and scheduling, goal setting, and more

How to Prepare For a Zoom Lesson with Chris

  • Make sure you have a good internet connection and stable setup for your camera.
  • Players should warm-up 20 minutes before the lesson. Calisthenics and dynamic stretching warm-up.
  • Players should prepare for their lesson with the intensity and seriousness of an on court lesson or a tournament match.
  • Players should have a yoga mat, Eye Coach, notebook and pencil, foam roller, BMP therapy band kit, racquets, and jump rope handy, water bottle, towel, etc—everything that they would bring to an on court lesson.
  • Players should be ready to focus and work hard. My typical Zoom lessons are usually very tough physical workouts with footwork and physical training built in.
  • Players should be prepared to sweat and suffer!

Vamos!

What Else Do You Need To Know?

  • We work a lot of footwork and the lessons are quite physical and demanding. A tough workout.

  • The last two lessons are more of a teacher-student classroom and note taking lesson rather than a physical workout.
