Pre-Competition Training Camp

• Dates: September 25 (first day) - October 8 (last day)
• Suggested arrival date: Sunday 24th September
• First day of training: Monday, September 25
• Closest airport: Puerto Plata (POP). Only 20 minutes by car from the training center
• The return flight should be booked from Santo Domingo (SDQ)
• Accommodation: To be Confirmed
• Training Center: Sea Horse Ranch Tennis Club www.sea-horse-ranch.com

Training Program from September 25 - 27:

• Morning schedule
  • 2 hours of tennis training on court. (Clay Court)
  • 1 hour of Physical preparation
• Afternoon schedule
  • 1 hour and 30 minutes of tennis training on court
  • 45 minutes of injuries prevention and stretching

Training Program for September 28:

• Morning: Trip to Santo Domingo (3.30h aporox by private transportation).
• Noon: Check in in hotel or Airbnb.
• Afternoon: 1 session of tennis training on the site of the tournament plus light fitness session

Training Program for September 29:

• Morning: Tennis training on site and light fitness
• Afternoon: Light session of tennis (Optional) and stretching.
• From 4pm to 6pm: Qualifying sign in.

September 30 - October 1:

• Qualifying matches.

October 2 - October 6:

• Tournament plan for players in competition or tennis and fitness training on site for players
  who have lost in qualify or during the week.

October 7 - October 8:

• Qualifying matches.
• The coaching and training service can continue in a daily basis for those players who are still
  in competition or for those who want to continue training on site.
